Center For Surrogate Parenting Gestational Surrogacy Having Your Baby Through Egg Donation |
At Intended Parents, Inc., we provide comprehensive case management for intended parents who wish to use gestational surrogacy in order to have a child. We work with surrogate mothers, egg donors, physicians, psychologists, lawyers, and fertility clinics to make sure that every aspect of the gestational surrogacy process runs smoothly. Most importantly, we provide emotional support for the intended parents. Because we are intended parents ourselves, we understand how crucial this is. The first step in the gestational surrogacy process is to match the intended parents with a surrogate mother. We have a database with pictures and information on each surrogate mother with whom we work. Intended parents are able to search through our database and choose a surrogate mother they would like to meet. We help set-up the meeting and provide support while the intended parents and surrogate mother get to know each other. Screening and Emotional Support During Gestational Surrogacy Once our clients select a surrogate mother from our database, we conduct a thorough background check, medical testing and a psychological evaluation. This is for the protection of all parties involved, including the surrogate mother herself. While gestational surrogacy allows a surrogate to carry and deliver a child that is not genetically related to her, it still has its fair share of emotional and physical challenges. The women who work with us are well-compensated for the time and effort involved in gestational surrogacy. We also want to make sure that they find the process emotionally rewarding, so that both they and the intended parents can enjoy the journey.
