Connie Zemmelman is an attorney, licensed
in the State of Ohio since 1982. She is a sole practitioner and the majority of
her cases involve surrogacy or adoption issues. For several years Connie worked
with the Lucas County Probate Court as a Magistrate and it was her
responsibility to keep abreast of the changes in adoption law and to handle all
aspects of adoption proceedings when the Judge was not available to do so. Connie has given seminars to health professionals, college students and attorneys regarding surrogacy law in Ohio. Connie receives referrals from agencies and attorneys all over the country regarding adoption, and she receives numerous referrals on surrogacy cases from agencies in New Jersey and California. She has represented Intended Parents and Surrogates and has negotiated contracts and obtained birth orders in many of the Ohio counties - in the smaller Ohio counties, her cases are often the first surrogacy matters ever handled in those counties. Connie has represented single men, single women, married couples, and egg donors. Connie is married and has a beautiful daughter. She loves her practice and thoroughly enjoys working with her clientele. |
